Partner Commissions
Japiyo offers two commission structures for approved partners. Choose the route that suits your business interests, subject to the terms agreed with Japiyo.
The one-time rate applies to the agreed commission basis. The 0.5% monthly component’s basis, duration and eligibility are subject to the partner agreement.

Real-estate professionals, business owners, consultants, independent sales professionals, community network leaders and other suitable applicants can apply. Approval depends on profile review and applicable requirements.
Real-estate experience may be useful, but applicants from other professional backgrounds can also apply. Japiyo will review each application.
The brochure lists two options: a 3% one-time commission plus 0.5% monthly rental-linked income, or a 5% one-time upfront commission. The applicable option and conditions must be confirmed in the signed agreement.
No. Only one approved option applies to a qualifying transaction. The two structures should not be combined.
Payment depends on lead registration, the qualifying transaction and completion of the conditions specified in your partner agreement. The agreement should be reviewed for payment timing and any applicable deductions.

Approved partners can receive project orientation, approved marketing material, opportunity details, lead-registration guidance, site-visit coordination, sales-team assistance and documentation support.
